panic attack symptoms - symptoms of panic attack - symptoms of a panic attack - Are you constantly worried that a panic attack might come to you with full force?

Chances are, if you have one of these symptoms, you may be on your way to having a panic attack, the best way to deal with it is to just let it happen, don’t fight the sensations, just accept when they come your way.

Once you have trained yourself on how to stop a panic attack, well you won’t be stopping it really, you are waiting for it to come to you, and once it makes you feel awful, there’s nothing else the fear can do.

It will just go away, leaving you a bit exhausted but with a new found confidence, a typical anxiety attack will generally last between 10 to 20 minutes, let’s see some of the symptoms:

Rapid heartbeats

Your heart starts to pound quickly due to the imaginary danger.

Feeling weak, dizzy or faint

Suddenly your legs feel light and your body can’t respond properly.

Sweaty

It’s like you are doing an exhausting workout, you start to sweat a lot.

Breathing difficulties

As if you’d want more, you feel there is so little air surrounding you, and you start to choke.

Sense of terror or feeling you will die

These symptoms of a panic attack can be so powerful that they make you feel you are having a life or death situation.

Understand that all these panic attack symptoms can be provoked by a trigger, let’s say you suddenly had a panic attack in the supermarket, now when you go back there, you start feeling these symptoms, even if there is no threat or physical danger.

So really, all is in your mind, you have to train it, to desensitize your system to these triggers and imaginary threats.

Unless you are in a jungle with savage animals, in which case most of these symptoms are the usual reaction of our bodies, you know that there is little in your daily life that could be considered a life or death situation.
